FEATURES: no characteristic odor or taste, dark brown heartwood, light brown sapwood, interlocked grain, medium texture.

SOME APPLICATIONS: highly resistant material with very good finish for floor, civil construction, window and door frames, beams, chips, cross sections, sporting goods and musical instruments.

DENSITY: highly dense wood, with 13% moisture content it weighs 921kg/m3 and green it weighs 1,275kg/m3.
