FEATURES: no characteristic odor or taste, white-straw heartwood, slightly pink sapwood, medium texture, straight grain, slightly glossy surface smooth to the touch.

SOME APPLICATIONS: material that may be indicated to obtaining unwound plates, civil construction, plywood plates, general purpose furniture, linings, panels, window and door frames, broom handles, etc.

DENSITY: medium density wood, with 12% moisture content it weighs 610kg/m3 and green it weighs 1,100kg/m3.
